Seleckt DSM: Edition Hub is a higher build level version of the Selekt: Classic Hub.  The Options listed below may be fitted to either Selekt: Classic Hub or Selekt: Edition Hub.

With its modular, upgradeable design, your Selekt DSM can be adapted in the future as your needs change, either by increasing the performance by adding Katalyst or Organik DAC, or simplifying your system by adding integrated amps… just add speakers.

Selekt DSM: Edition Hub is the base unit. It does not include a DAC, nor amplifier nor analog outputs - it has Linn Exact network outputs only. You add Options: for Outputs, DAC,  Home Theater.

The Selekt DSM Streamer with Dual Mono Organik DACs is a music streamer. It includes two Mono Line Out Cartridges and two Mono Organik DAC Cartridges. 

Using menu options, you can set the Mono Line Out Cartridges to either connect to an analog preamplifier or directly to an amplifier. 

Using dual Mono LIne Out Cartridges is higher performing than  a single Stereo Line Out Cartridge because there is an individual Line Out Cartridge for left and right channels, giving a cleaner lower distortion signal.  The dual Mono Organik DAC in this configuration also keeps the Left and Right channels separate, with each channel's digital to analog conversion handled by an individual Organic DAC Cartridge.
