That's the sound of our new Dynamic Duo JL Audio F113v2 Subwoofers.  

Think adding a set of $10,000 interconnects will improve your system? Perhaps an $8,000 power conditioner? ( yes, we are fully aware we sell these items.)

Instead, for the purpose of this thought provoking product description, consider adding two 3,000 watt JL Audio F113 subwoofers.  Two massive 13.5" woofers and sum added 6,000 watts of bass power will transform any system by adding tidal-wave class low frequency foundation. 

The improvement will not be... slight.

Pearl Audio just added a set of JL F113's  in our main reference room, and can easily show you a/b what these will do for a system. Note that we tune the subwoofers for each specific set of speakers in the store, so we may have to swap speakers or re-tune the subs. We keep our customized settings for most of our in-store individual speakers on-hand, but it may take a few minutes. 

The included microphone auto-setup of a JL Audio Sub sets the subwoofer up for the room, but not the speaker.  After running JL's auto-setup with its microphone, an actual setup person still needs to set the crossover slope, crossover low pass, volume, phase angle, and ELF trim.   

Because of this need to correctly set up a subwoofer for a specific room and main speaker set, Pearl Audio goes out with each and every one of these JL subwoofers so we can set them up for perfect integration with your main room system.  We'll even play the sub before we set it up, and after, so you can hear what we are bringing to your system's overall performance.  Note that for distances above 25 miles from our store, we do handle these on a case by case basis and do need to charge for travel time and expenses.
