These are a special edition Dynaudio intended to celebrate 40 years of loudspeaker manufacturing.
The Special Fourty features a unique version of the famed Dynaudio Esotar soft dome tweeter that is based upon the range top Esotar 2 tweeter. The specially engineered, one-off Dynaudio woofer is a 6.5" MSP driver specifically designed to complement the speaker. It features higher grade neodymium magnets. The crossover is first order.
