The Rega Planar 2 is a step up from the Planar 1, bringing the more advanced Rega RB220 tonearm and Rega Bias 2.  The Planar 2 does not have an internal phono stage, so must be used with an external phono stage or one built into the attached preamplifier or Integrated Amplifier.  This brings more flexibility as you can put on a higher performance phono stage if you wish.  

The thick metal cased Rega Brio-R brings gutsy power, clean articulation and an excellent phono stage in it that is beautifully matched to Rega turntables.  The Brio is one of the best reviewed amplifiers of all time, and for good reason. 

The Dynaudio Emit M10's are  Dynaudio's entry level speaker, but still bring their signature bass and resolution.

Topping it all off is Cardas 101 Speaker Cable which has a heavy copper wire internal construction and brings Cardas' signature smoothness and fullness to the system.
